Clear labels are tagged on the outside of packages for easy identification, ensuring traceability for every batch.
Q2: What tolerance precision can you control to?
A2: We operate two Sendzimir 20-high rolling mills from the US, achieving thickness tolerance as tight as ±0.003mm.
Q3: Can you produce according to customer drawings?
A3: Yes, we can produce precision steel strip to custom thickness, width, tolerance, surface finish and hardness requirements, designing the processing route around the customer's intended application to ensure material consistency and stability.
Q4: What surface finishes are available?
A4: Bright cold-rolled (shiny silver), blue/grey-blue tempered, white polished, natural (heat-treated), polished blue, polished yellow, or as per customer request.
Q5: How do you ensure batch traceability?
A5: Every coil's outer packaging carries a label specifying steel grade, dimensions, surface color, net weight, production date and a QR-coded batch number, traceable to production date, equipment, operator and in-process records.
