A1: We primarily use base materials from domestic manufacturers such as Baosteel, Shougang, TISCO, Nanjing Iron & Steel, and Xinyu Iron & Steel. Our imported base materials mainly come from JFE (Japan) and POSCO (South Korea).
Q2: What tolerance precision can you control to?
A2: We operate two Sendzimir 20-high rolling mills from the US, achieving thickness tolerance as tight as ±0.003mm.
Q3: What hardness levels can you provide?
A3: Hardness is customized to customer requirements, up to a maximum of 60 HRC (Rockwell).
Q4: Do you provide chemical composition test reports, and what is the sample delivery lead time?
A4: Every batch is supplied with an MTC (Material Test Certificate) report. Standard order delivery time is approximately 35 days.
Q5: Can you produce according to customer drawings?
A5: Yes, we can produce precision steel strip to custom thickness, width, tolerance, surface finish and hardness requirements, designing the processing route around the customer's intended application to ensure material consistency and stability.
